An automotive business becomes a provider of the 1-800-CAR-HELP network when it qualifies and contracts to have 1-800-CAR-HELP ringing into its business. Once signed up, a provider is the only business of its type in the market area it serves. If a business has 3 non-satisfied complaints in a 6-month period of time they may be removed from the network to be replace by a more consumer-friendly business.

My original transmission that was repaired, developed a major problem. I spoke to Jerry at the Fairfield location, made arrangements to have the vehicle inspected, and found that the transmission would have to be rebuilt. I was treated with utmost respect, and proffessionalism. Being in the customer service business myself, I find it refreshing to work with others that value delivering top notch customer service.
